There are two phases: the China-side workflow (ordering, receiving, prep) and the international leg (after the parcel is handed to a carrier). A carrier tracking number exists only in the second phase.
What you can follow, and when
- 1After approval and purchase — order status moves through ordering and China-side receiving.
- 2After photo confirmation and prep — the parcel is packed and a route is selected.
- 3After outbound shipment — a carrier tracking number is available for the international leg.
Before international handoff, follow progress in your order timeline. A private quote link or your account is used for status, photos, and messages.
