About Supplymo

Sourcing decisions before supplier payments

Supplymo helps small ecommerce sellers check 1688 products, costs, and supplier risk before paying. We turn a risky guess into a written decision.

Who you're working with

A real operation in China

We are a physical receiving, prep, and labeling operation — not a drop-ship middleman. Here are the details you can verify before working with us.

Supplymo was founded by Liam Cai, who has spent 10 years in international trade. After watching too many sellers wire money to an unverified 1688 supplier — and then lose their margin to duties and landed costs they never calculated — Liam built Supplymo to flip the order of operations: see the real landed cost and the supplier risk before you pay, then decide.

What you can verify

Instead of stock or AI “warehouse” photos, we point you to things you can actually check:

  • A registered import/export company in Yiwu, Zhejiang — not an anonymous reseller account.
  • A business license you can ask to see before you place an order.
  • Real, dated photos of your own goods once they reach our warehouse — specific to your order, not a stock shot.
  • Email and WhatsApp replies from the people who actually handle the work.
  • A named company to hold accountable: if an order goes wrong, our written refund and cancellation policy says what happens — not a chat promise that disappears.

Product & tools

Builds the product checks, landed-cost and HS tools, and the data behind every written report.

Why Supplymo exists

Most sourcing tools stop at search. Supplymo focuses on the moment that actually carries risk: the decision to pay a supplier. We combine product checks, cost breakdowns, and operational support so a first order is backed by evidence.

Evidence before payment

We help you decide with checks, costs, and risks in writing before any supplier is paid.

Clear scope, honest limits

We say what we will not do: counterfeit goods, lowest-price claims, or open-ended sourcing.

Operations, not just software

Real receiving, prep, and labeling in China back every order we take on.

Fit boundary

Built for clear first-order decisions

Supplymo is strongest when the buyer needs a practical decision before paying a supplier. It is not meant to look bigger than it is, and it does not use fake social proof to create trust.

Good fit for

  • Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon FBA, 3PL, and small ecommerce teams testing a first order from 1688.
  • Buyers who can share a product link, image, keyword, MOQ target, destination, and prep notes.
  • Teams that need a written product check, cost components, sample-first advice, quote approval, and warehouse evidence before paying.

Not ideal for

  • Counterfeit, restricted, or IP-risk goods that should not move through a lightweight sourcing workflow.
  • Lowest-price sourcing claims, locked tax or freight outcomes, customs-clearance promises, or delivery-date promises.
  • Large enterprise procurement that needs complex contracts, credit terms, or open-ended supplier hunting.

Proof without fake scale

What we will not claim

  • No fake customer logo wall or unsupported order volume.
  • No lowest-price guarantee.
  • No inspection certificate, customs guarantee, or supplier-quality guarantee.
  • No AI or stock warehouse image used as real operation proof.

How it works

The workflow stays practical: send enough context, receive a written decision, then approve only when the evidence supports the next step.

Step 1

Submit a product

Share a 1688 link, image, or keyword with your destination and quantity.

Step 2

Get a written check

We research matches, costs, MOQ, prep needs, and supplier risk.

Step 3

Decide and proceed

Approve a quote only when the evidence supports it. We handle the rest.

What you get back

Evidence at every step — in writing

  • A written product check: matches, cost components, MOQ, and supplier-risk flags.
  • A quote you approve before any supplier is paid — no open-ended spending.
  • Dated photos of your own goods once received, then prep and labeling as agreed.

Check a product before you pay

Start with one product link. Get a written pre-payment decision with risks, costs, and next steps.
