These terms explain how Supplymo product checks, calculators, assisted 1688 order quotes, receiving, prep, labeling, and shipping coordination work, including what we do, what we do not promise, and what users remain responsible for.

Plain English summary

No supplier purchase before quote approval and required payment

Supplymo helps users evaluate 1688 products, request quote-based assisted orders, and coordinate practical China-side receiving, prep, labeling, and shipping support. We do not buy before quote approval, do not guarantee the lowest price, do not guarantee platform or import compliance, and do not accept counterfeit, restricted, dangerous, or IP-risk products.

Acceptance and priority

Using Supplymo means accepting these service boundaries

By accessing the website, using tools, submitting forms, requesting quotes, approving orders, or creating an account when available, users accept these terms. If terms conflict, priority should generally follow: signed written agreement, accepted quote or order confirmation, Terms of Service, then FAQ or website marketing pages.

A final quote must be confirmed by Supplymo before payment and supplier purchase.

Supplymo is not the manufacturer or compliance authority

Quality and inspection

Photos and visible checks are evidence at a point in time, not a full QC, lab test, certification, durability, or hidden-defect guarantee.

Shipping and customs

Carrier charges, delivery time, customs inspection, duty, tax, storage, seizure, refusal, and destination rules may be outside Supplymo control.

Platform compliance

Users remain responsible for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, claims, safety, category, brand, label, and account requirements.

Restricted products

Supplymo can reject high-risk requests

Supplymo may reject or cancel counterfeit, branded knockoff, IP-infringing, dangerous, hazmat, weapons, drug-related, medical, food, cosmetic, battery, liquid, powder, magnet, adult, surveillance, sanctioned, platform-prohibited, or document-gated products. Refunds follow the stage and costs already committed.

If accounts are available, users must keep login secure. Google login depends on Google availability and user authorization.

Email, WhatsApp, dashboard, or other channels may be used. Important instructions should be verified in written quote or order records.

User content and IP

Users must have rights to product images, label files, brand assets, and content they submit. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

Disclaimers and liability

No guarantee of profit, sales, marketplace approval, delivery date, legal/tax/customs advice, or uninterrupted service. Liability limits require legal review.
